Job summary

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy in Lacey, WA is seeking a Vestibular Physical Therapist to join our busy outpatient clinic. You’ll treat neuro and vestibular patients with 1:1 care, earning a base salary of $86,500–$93,000 plus up to 20% revenue share, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus. The clinic operates weekdays with no weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Washington PT license or ability to obtain licensure.
• CPR and BLS certification, or ability to obtain as required.
• Knowledge of HIPAA laws and applicable compliance regulations.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and coordinate clinical responsibilities in a demanding environment.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with neurological, vestibular, orthopedic, and postoperative rehabilitation needs using evidence-based interventions.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's functional goals, clinical presentation, and rehabilitation needs.
• Provide individualized care for balance and gait impairments, vestibular conditions, and a broad range of outpatient musculoskeletal presentations.
• Use appropriate therapeutic exercise, functional training, and rehabilitation techniques to support recovery, mobility, and independence.
• Collaborate with the Clinic Director and interdisciplinary team, including hand therapy colleagues, to coordinate care and strengthen clinical reasoning.
• Help build relationships with local referral partners and, where appropriate, develop a specialty service aligned with clinic needs.
