Adventist HealthCare’s AHC Rehabilitation – Musgrove location is seeking a Vestibular Physical Therapist to join our Rehabilitation team in Silver Spring, MD. The role entails evaluating and treating patients with vestibular disorders across acute, outpatient, and inpatient settings, with a focus on achieving goals in collaboration with the care team.

Salary Typical pay range is $34.58–$59.94 per hour with a 40-hour work week; H-1B sponsorship may be considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in rehabilitation settings
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• As a Vestibular Physical Therapist, conducts initial examinations to establish diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care
• Provides or supervises therapy interventions aligned with evaluation results
• Plans discharge in coordination with the care team and follows up or refers as needed
• Documents patient management with the care team and supervises rehab aides and assistants
• Manages scheduling to accommodate census and patient load
• Attends team meetings to communicate patient status and progress
• Participates in professional development and quality improvement activities
• Educates and provides consultation to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
