Job summary

Interactive College of Technology in Houston is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative for our North Houston Campus. You will guide prospective students through the enrollment process, from inquiry to first day of class, in a consultative sales role.

You will speak with prospective students by phone, text, email, and in person; conduct admissions interviews and campus tours; build rapport and identify educational goals; and develop referrals through community outreach and events.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of two years of successful sales experience.
• Experience in admissions, recruiting, higher education, staffing, or consultative sales preferred.

Position Type: Full Timenteractive College of Technology is seeking a full-time Admissions Representative for our Vocational English as a Second Language (VESL) program at our North Houston Campus.

As an Admissions Representative, you will guide prospective students through the enrollment process—from their first inquiry to their first day of class. This is a consultative sales role that combines relationship building, community outreach, and admissions counseling to help individuals achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students by phone, text, email, and in person.
• Conduct admissions interviews and campus tours.
• Build rapport with prospective students and identify their educational goals.
