What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with C-suite executives at current and new end customers to ensure optimal product value
- Grow wallet share of existing enterprise installations and secure new business within key market segments
- Identify and target new end user accounts within designated industry verticals
- Develop customized proposals and negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms
- Collaborate regularly with marketing, product management, customer service, and operations to meet customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven success in selling at C-suite level within assigned verticals, with strong public speaking skills
- 5 - 7 years of experience in sales with major account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and present Software as a Solution (SaaS) proposals
- Knowledge of company products, master key systems, and OSHA regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud)
