You will:

  • Create and implement lead generation strategies within identified vertical markets.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of target industries and tailor messaging and sales approaches accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on market intelligence, lead activity, sales performance, and progress toward goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and webinars, as needed, to support market expansion initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify, validate, and prioritize new vertical markets for our advertising products.
  • Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership for new vertical market entry.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback on product positioning and market needs.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications or B2B sales in the designated Vertical Market(s) in either a client or agency role.

  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales in a consultative, solution-based environment.
  • Strong research, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience selling advertising, marketing solutions, or media products strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel overnight (up to 30%)

What we’ll provide:

  • Competitive Compensation Package of $100,000 base salary plus bonuses based on performance goals
  • All Employee Bonus up to $2000 annually
  • Expense Reimbursement
  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Package
