Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience contributing to engineering decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience representing and advocating for customers and stakeholders during executive prioritization.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience in technical product or program management.
  • Experience writing and publishing technical documents or equivalent.
  • Experience in system design.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Technological Innovation: own the product roadmap for vertical conveyance systems and define technical requirements and integration standards.
  • Design and Development: create comprehensive product documentation, lead research initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance.
  • Strategic Communication: build consensus, communicate complex technical concepts, and develop strategic narratives that inspire the business.
  • Technical Problem-Solving: analyze complex system architectures, develop innovative solutions, and make critical design decisions.
  • End-to-End Product Management: lead product lifecycle management, define success metrics, and mentor teams in best practices of technical product development.
  • Ensure Product Implementation Success: monitor and improve product reliability and scalability, influence priority and deployment timelines through stakeholder coordination.
