Job summary

O₂ AI is building a Vertical AI Agent platform for the global semiconductor and electronics supply chain. We seek a hands-on Builder to own product engineering end-to-end, from understanding customer problems to designing and shipping AI-native systems and iterating in production.

You will work with elite founders and collaborate with Fortune 500 electronics and semiconductor clients, delivering real impact through three product layers: AI Copilot, ERP Workflow, and Pricing Decision Agent.

Qualifications

• Strong coding fundamentals with Python as a core skill.
• Ability to prototype, iterate, and ship AI-native systems.
• Fast learner capable of picking up new stacks and domains.
• Good product and systems sense to identify data flows and agent actions.
• Ownership mindset in ambiguous situations to prototype and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end product and engineering workflows.
• Build and improve agentic workflows and systems.
• Ship backend code in a real production system.
• Operate what you build with proper deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
