The role supports daily operations by sorting materials, operating a baler, and maintaining pallets while upholding safety and quality standards. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, cross-trained across areas as needed.

The position emphasizes reliability, physical stamina, and teamwork; opportunities exist for growth with full benefits and a strong pay progression plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual labor or warehouse environments.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple areas, including forklift operation.
• Ability to stand, bend and lift for 8–10 hours.
• Reliable with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Sort materials by hand or machine in a neat, orderly fashion.
• Operate baler and manage cardboard recycling processes.
• Paint pallets with appropriate equipment for quality control.
• Maintain a clean work environment in warehouse and dock areas.
• Inspect items during sorting to ensure quality standards.
• Complete other duties to support team operations.
