Job summary

Architectural Surfaces in Dallas, TX, has a longstanding national presence and a family-business ethos. We seek a candidate to perform both warehouse and driver duties at our facility, with Saturdays possible depending on branch schedules.

You will handle material, assist customers, and ensure accurate order processing and safe transport of goods. Key responsibilities include operating forklifts and cranes, loading/unloading trucks, inspecting materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift and crane operation.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to safely handle and move materials.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift and crane in yard and warehouse.
• Accurately process incoming orders.
• Stage material for customer viewing and loading trucks.
• Inspect, count and verify materials against paperwork before unloading.
• Load/unload material onto trucks safely and accurately.
• Secure slabs with straps/ chains for transport.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report safety hazards.
• Perform quality checks on loaded materials for customer satisfaction.
• Follow safety policies and procedures; wear PPE as required.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
• For drivers: timely deliveries and proper delivery paperwork.
