You will perform light assembly, quality checks, packaging, labeling and inventory staging, adapting to new procedures across different plants and shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn and adapt quickly in a cross-trained role across light industrial environments.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with attention to quality and accuracy.
• Willingness to work variable shifts and locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform light assembly tasks or machine tending on production lines.
• Conduct visual quality checks and report defects.
• Pack products, apply shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Assist with inventory staging to keep production lines stocked.
