Job summary

Music & Arts in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate / Backup Driver to support daily warehouse operations and occasional delivery duties. You will pick, pack, ship, and organize merchandise with attention to accuracy and safety.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow procedures, and maintain inventory integrity while serving as a back-up driver as needed. High school diploma and a valid license are required. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics or inventory preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and warehouse scanners preferred.
• Ability to operate company vehicles (cargo vans/box trucks) when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pull and transfer products for daily orders with accuracy.
• Receive, sort, and organize serialized and non-serialized products.
• Support quality control and maintenance of rental inventory.
• Prepare, pack and label merchandise for shipment.
• Load/unload products safely using appropriate equipment.
• Move product within the warehouse to support storage and shipping needs.
• Serve as backup delivery driver when required.
• Perform basic vehicle safety inspections and follow DOT rules.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and support team as needed.
