Job summary

RHB Acquisition LLC is seeking a versatile Shop Assistant/Machine Operator to support the manufacturing team in a fast-paced environment. • Experience operating manual shop machinery (mills, lathes, drills) and CNC operation.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts into CNC machinery.
• Set up and operate manual lathes, drills, and Bridgeport mills for short-run jobs.
• Perform finishing tasks including belting, deburring, and grinding parts to specification.
• Backfill tasks for team members to keep production lines running smoothly.
• Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools to verify parts.
• Maintain safe, organized work environment across shop stations.
• Complete required paperwork accurately and with attention to detail.
