Qualifications

• Proven professional carpentry experience.
• Ability to perform multiple stages of remodeling from layout to finish.
• Ability to read plans or blueprints.
• Proficiency with standard carpentry tools.
• Personal hand tools and a basic tool belt.
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to take direction and continue developing skills.
• Ability to perform residential construction tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential carpentry and remodeling work including framing, cabinetry, trim, installation and finish work.
• Read and follow plans or blueprints to meet project specifications.
• Complete layouts and support multiple stages of the remodeling process.
• Work with project leads to keep projects on schedule.
• Deliver work that meets craftsmanship standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in clients' homes.
• Operate carpentry tools safely and responsibly.
• Maintain and store tools and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients on the job site.
• Follow company procedures and client expectations throughout each project.
