Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs, leveraging leads, and outbound calling.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Complete and manage lifecycle of all relationships according to consumer banking standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
