Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency in multiple production positions and processes.
• Provide coverage for employees who are absent due to vacation, PSL, FMLA, leaves of absence, vacancies, or other staffing needs.
• Move between production positions, workstations, or processes as needed.
• Perform assigned production duties with minimal training or supervision.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures for each position.
• Maintain productivity and quality when covering different positions.
• Adapt quickly to schedule changes and shifting priorities.
• Communicate production, quality, or safety concerns to leadership.
• Assist with training new or less-experienced employees.
