Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with coworkers and supervisors.
• Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet or dusty conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull and twist for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support packaging and processing operations.
• Participate in equipment startup, changeovers and shutdowns.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and partner with Maintenance.
• Calibrate systems to meet required specifications.
• Perform quality and safety checks.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new employees.
• Assist other plant areas as assigned.
