Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role involves a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading/unloading trucks, staging materials and garments, and maintaining a clean work area.

Duties may shift daily as coverage is needed for vacations and absences. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment, adhere to attendance policies, and comply with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be willing to potentially handle materials that are soiled and have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in loading or unloading of trucks.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and meet quality standards.
• Support the shift supervisor and fill in as needed for vacations or absences.
