Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate - Utility IV to support the Rental Division. The role involves performing a variety of production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor, including loading or unloading trucks and preparing or staging materials and garments for loading.

The position emphasizes keeping the work area clean and meeting quality and quantity standards, with duties that may change daily as coverage is needed. This is a temporary, full-time role on the 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in loading or unloading of trucks.
• Prepare or stage material and garments for loading.
• Perform production tasks as directed by the shift supervisor (level four or below).
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and meet quality/quantity standards.
• Cover for other employees as needed due to vacations or absences.
