Evergreen Academy, part of Spring Education Group, seeks a Pre-Kindergarten Multi-Classroom Teacher to support learning across several pre-kindergarten classrooms. You will lead activities, provide coverage, and help create a consistent, welcoming learning environment.

You will foster early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development, adapting to each classroom’s needs. Strong communication with families and colleagues is essential to ensure continuity of learning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of teaching experience in early childhood education.
• An advanced degree or early childhood teaching credentials are highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues.
• Flexibility and confidence working across multiple classrooms.
• A commitment to educational excellence and nurturing young learners.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead developmentally appropriate lessons using established classroom plans.
• Support early literacy, numeracy, critical thinking, and creativity through structured activities.
• Help children develop confidence, independence, and positive relationships.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to ensure continuity across classrooms.
• Communicate with families about children’s progress and experiences.
