Job summary

Ken Pilates LLC in New York City seeks staff instructors to lead classes across our signature formats, bringing energy, clarity, and care to every member and helping grow the community our studios are known for.

You will teach a regular weekly schedule and pursue a path into private instruction and leadership, with ongoing coaching to enhance your skills and versatility across formats.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates certification required, mat-only does not qualify.
• Experience teaching group classes across formats is preferred.
• Strong cueing, presence, and hands-on adjustments.
• Willingness to continue education and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach a regular weekly schedule across formats.
• Deliver high-energy, consistent member experience.
• Cue clearly and provide hands-on adjustments where appropriate.
• Grow through ongoing coaching and pursue leadership paths.
• Help build Ken Pilates community inside and outside the room.
