Job summary

STHS Heart is seeking a multi-skilled healthcare teammate to perform certified nursing assistant, phlebotomy, EKG technician, and unit secretary responsibilities. The role requires reliability for weekend/holiday/overtime shifts and on-call status in the assigned shift.

Candidates should have basic patient care skills for all ages, and preferably EKG, phlebotomy, and data-entry experience. A strong compliance mindset and training completion are expected.

Qualifications

• Familiar with basic patient care standards for all age groups.
• Basic EKG skills preferred.
• Phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Data entry skills required, preferably Microsoft Office.
• Six (6) months or more experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Must adhere to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct and report issues to Compliance Officer.

Responsibilities

• Perform CNA, phlebotomy, EKG technician and unit secretary duties.
• Maintain performance skills and comply with policies.
• Routinely work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call as assigned.
