Bach to Rock Music School – Lincoln is seeking a versatile musician to join our growing team as a Multi-Instrumentalist Music Instructor.

You’ll teach private and semi-private lessons in two or more instruments to students of various ages, with evenings and Saturdays often available. This part-time role offers the chance to help students gain confidence and perform, in a supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in two or more instruments.
• Ability to teach private and semi-private lessons.
• Experience teaching is preferred, but not required.
• Able to connect with children, teens, and adults.
• Versatility across musical styles valued.
• Evening and/or Saturday availability helpful.

Responsibilities

• Teach private and semi-private lessons in two or more instruments.
• Work with students ranging from beginners to more experienced musicians.
• Build technique, musicianship, confidence, and performance skills.
• Help students learn music that motivates them while developing fundamentals.
• Potentially work with bands, ensembles, camps, or other Bach to Rock programs.
• Prepare students for performances and other school opportunities.
• Create an engaging, encouraging, and professional learning environment.
