Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, equipment repair, mechanical work, or a related trade.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely using ladders and hand/power tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10% a month) between Wisconsin locations.

Responsibilities

• Performing general building repairs and preventative maintenance to support safe and efficient facility operations.
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment, machinery, and hand tools to ensure reliable performance.
• Completing basic repairs and upkeep across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry needs.
• Inspecting and maintaining facilities, equipment, and work areas to identify and address safety concerns.
• Managing maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment inventory in an organized and efficient manner.
