Responsibilities

• Performs various jobs on the line as assigned or required.
• Assists in training of new employees on dress, safety, and sanitation.
• Participates as a member of the Team and supports team cohesiveness and communication.
• Familiar with Simmons operating systems principles and objectives and adheres to relevant policies.
• Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.
• Rigid adherence to PPE and safety requirements in a warm or cold environment.
