Job summary

Simmons Foods is seeking a willing team member to operate across dark meat production on a rotation basis, performing roles such as grader, line loader, scale operator, box maker, batcher, and labeler in a fast-paced facility.

You'll work in an inside line environment around loud equipment, follow LEAN and quality standards, wear PPE, and collaborate with the team to meet production goals while maintaining safety and protocol adherence.

Qualifications

• Able to operate scale operator and labeler with provided training materials.
• Willingness to rotate through multiple dark meat tasks on the line.
• Adhere to LEAN, quality, and safety policies in a food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform as grader, line loader, scale operator, box maker, batcher, and labeler as assigned.
• Participate in team meetings and support team cohesiveness and goals.
• Follow Simmons operating systems and wear required PPE; maintain safe work practices.
