Qualifications

• Experience operating multiple pieces of equipment safely on active construction sites.
• Grading and backfill experience is required.
• Storm drainage/piping experience is a plus.

• Safety-first mindset; must work in a drug‑free environment.
• 3 years of Industrial Construction Equipment Operator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoe, dozer, excavator, mini excavator, skid steer, roller/compactor, and forklift.

• May repair and maintain equipment in addition to other duties.
