Job summary

Mr. Handyman LLC. is seeking a skilled Carpenter Handyman to deliver exceptional home services with a focus on first-time quality.

The role includes drywall repair, TV wall mounting, fence work, furniture assembly, siding repair, and light electrical tasks. You will be a key ambassador for our Done Right Promise, working on both small and larger projects. You’ll be responsible for completing maintenance, managing customer expectations, and building life-long customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.
• Live within the area.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle.
• Complete a background and driving record check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to work at heights and overhead for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects.
• Communicate with customers to explain scope, costs, and manage expectations.
• Create life-long customers by delivering a great experience.
• Self-manage as you’ll often be alone.
• Engage with customers, request reviews, and collect payments.
• Wear PPE and use company-provided gear.
• Document the job following the Mr. Handyman Way.
