Phipps Houses and Affiliates seeks a reliable handyman to perform daily maintenance in a residential building in New York. The role covers plumbing repairs, hardware and tile work, painting and minor cosmetic updates, basic electrical tasks, snow removal, window repairs, and waste removal.

Responsabilidades

• General plumbing repairs such as toilets, faucets, and minor leaks.
• Repair and replace general hardware such as doors, doorknobs, locks, and broken tiles.
• Minor cosmetic updates to apartments, entrances, and common areas such as painting, plaster, sanding, and wallpaper installation.
• General electrical work, such as replacing light fixtures, smoke alarms, oven vent, outlets and GFI.
• Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and driveways.
• Minor window repair such as window balance and replacing/installing screens.
• Compactor, recycling, and garbage removal etc.
