Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Craftsman, or Handyman.
• Strong knowledge across multiple trades including drywall, painting, tile, flooring, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of residential or commercial repairs and maintenance.
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Install fixtures, doors, trim, cabinets, and other finish carpentry items.
• Troubleshoot repair issues and determine the best solutions.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners/business owners throughout each project.
• Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work efficiently while upholding high quality standards.
