Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• No formal education required, some roles may need on-the-job training
• Experience in general labor preferred
• Valid driver’s license may be required for auto auction drivers
• Able to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Able to work outdoors and in various environments
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve across multiple sectors: hospitality, production, warehouse, auto auction driving, waste removal, flagging
• Assist with event setup, maintenance and cleanliness in hospitality settings
• Support manufacturing processes, assemble products, operate machinery and perform quality checks
• Load/unload goods, manage inventory and keep workspace organized
• Drive and park vehicles for auto auctions
• Participate in waste collection and recycling efforts and maintain safety around sites
• Direct traffic flow around work zones to ensure safety
