Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking General Laborers to support hospitality, production, warehouse, auto auction driving, waste removal, and flagging across multiple settings. Roles offer diverse skill growth and the option of short- or long-term assignments.

Pay ranges from $14 to $16 per hour, with next-day pay and a mobile app for easy job application and acceptance. Applicants must be 18+ and able to perform physical tasks outdoors.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• No formal education required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Experience in general labor preferred in multiple sectors.
• Valid drivers license may be required for auto auction drivers.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
• Ability to work outdoors.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown and maintenance; FOH/BOH/Housekeeping opportunities included.
• Production: support manufacturing processes, assemble products, operate machinery, perform quality checks.
• Warehouse: load/unload goods, manage inventory, keep workspace clean and organized.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for auto auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling to maintain cleanliness.
• Flagging: direct traffic around sites to ensure worker/public safety.
