Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking General Laborers to join our versatile team across hospitality, production, warehouse, and other roles in Florida.

As a PeopleReady Associate, you can choose from next-day pay and either long-term positions for steady work or short-term assignments for extra cash; pay is $14–$16 per hour. You will perform hands-on duties across categories such as event setup, manufacturing support, inventory, vehicle handling, waste removal, and traffic flagging.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• There is no minimal educational requirement; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Experience in General Labor is preferred.
• For auto auction drivers, a valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to work outdoors and in varying environments.
• Strong work ethic, teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown and maintenance.
• Production: support manufacturing, operate machinery and perform quality checks.
• Warehouse: load/unload, manage inventory, maintain clean workspace.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in collection and recycling.
• Flagging: direct traffic around sites to ensure safety.
