PeopleReady is looking for General Laborers to join our dynamic team across hospitality, production, warehouse work, auto auction driving, waste removal, and flagging. You will gain new skills across multiple industries in varied settings.

As a PeopleReady Associate, benefits include next-day pay and options for long-term or short-term positions for steady work or extra cash. Pay rate ranges from $16 to $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady.
• There is no minimal educational requirement, but some roles may require on-the-job training.
• Experience in general labor is preferred.
• For auto auction driver roles, a valid driver's license is required.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks and lift/move heavy objects.
• Ability to work outdoors and demonstrate a strong work ethic and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality: assist with event setup, breakdown and maintenance.
• Production: support manufacturing by assembling products and operating machinery.
• Warehouse: load/unload goods, manage inventory, keep workspace clean.
• Auto Auction Driver: safely drive and park vehicles for auctions.
• Waste Removal: participate in waste collection and recycling.
• Flagging: direct traffic around sites to protect workers and the public.
