Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy across inbound, outbound, and RTS processes.
• Willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions and rotate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound shipments and verify counts and condition.
• Pick items from locations using pick lists or system directions, ensuring accuracy.
• Pack outbound orders with appropriate materials and labels.
• Process Ready-to-Ship orders, ensuring compliance with carrier requirements.
• Prepare and label FBA shipments per Amazon requirements.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, 5S-compliant workspace.
