Qualifications

• Ability to read simple instructions and write simple correspondence.
• PIT certification and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and GMP/HACCP guidelines.
• Perform multiple positions in the Breaking Department with minimal supervision.
• Machine loading, candling, breaking, washing, and dock transfer tasks.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and report any issues affecting quality or safety.
