Job summary

FusionSite is seeking a Floater Driver to cover pump, roll-off, trailer delivery, and P&D routes as needed. You may also assist in the yard, move units, and perform minor maintenance on trailers and toilets. A CLASS D license and clean driving record are required.

We value flexibility for after-hours deliveries, strong communication, and safe driving. The role offers $16.00-$20.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and 3 years of driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must be 21 years old.
• Ability to operate portable sanitation units and trucks.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds; work outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Cover pump, trailer delivery and/or P&D routes as needed when drivers are absent.
• Ensure units returned to yard are in good condition, cleaned, and repaired as needed.
• Facilitate last minute deliveries, pick-ups and services, including after-hours deliveries.
• Meet safety standards by complying with transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Oversee special event deliveries and execution.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair units and facilities.
• Keep yard and facility clean, organized, and secure before leaving.
• Empty holding tanks and disinfect areas affected by sewer or septic.
