Job summary

MISTRAS Group is hiring a Driver in Houma, LA. The role combines driving, shop support, and general facility maintenance. You’ll transport personnel and equipment, pick up supplies, and support office and project teams to keep operations running smoothly.

We value reliability, initiative, and flexibility to cover early mornings, weekends, and short-notice assignments as needed. A clean background and driving record are required; TWIC card is preferred.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Clean driving record required.
• TWIC card required or valid.
• 40-Hour Radiation Safety Training preferred but not required.
• Must be dependable and able to lift and organize equipment.
• Willing to work early mornings, weekends, and varying schedules.

Responsibilities

• Transport personnel and equipment to and from various job locations.
• Pick up and deliver equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Make runs for the office and project teams as needed.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop and equipment areas.
• Perform basic office and shop maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, handling minor repairs, and lawn.
• Help ensure equipment and materials are properly stored and organized.
• Assist the operations team with other day-to-day needs as they arise.
