Covenant Living Communities and Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Dining Services Associate to support the dining operations for residents. This versatile role bridges serving, prep, cleaning, and kitchen duties under the Director of Dining, with responsibilities across the dining and hospitality team.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, a current Food Handler’s Permit, and knowledge of sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Current Food Handler’s Permit required.
• ServSafe training is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food, waiting tables, and bussing tables.
• Perform defined work routines, using various dining utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Follow all sanitation guidelines, federal / state regulations, and Senior Living /Healthcare requirements.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and/or needed.
• Open and close kitchen and dining rooms as needed.
• Wash and store dishes.
• Assist in receiving and storing food and supplies.
