Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, hospitality duties, and meal service, including serving food, waiting tables, and bussing tables.
• Perform defined work routines using various dining utensils, supplies and equipment.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and comply with federal/state regulations and Senior Living requirements.
• Follow cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties as scheduled and needed.
• Open and close kitchen and dining rooms as needed.
• Wash and store dishes.
• Receive and store food and supplies.
