Qualifications

3+ years in digital marketing execution across multiple channels.
Ability to context-switch across disciplines without ramp-up.
Strong self-management with ambiguous, variable priorities.
Working familiarity with AI tools as part of daily execution.

Responsibilities

Flex across CRM builds, campaigns, ad platforms, landing page updates, basic tracking setup, and content support as client workload requires.
Serve as a utility player who can pick up work from any Specialist/Coach and execute to their standard.
Support onboarding of new clients with setup and execution work across disciplines.
Identify when a task needs escalation to a discipline Specialist/Coach versus when it can be executed directly.
Maintain working proficiency across the core tool stack: CRM, ad platforms, page builders, analytics, and at least one AI tool set.
Contribute to internal documentation and playbooks as a generalist perspective on what's working across clients.
