Responsibilities

• Provide daily instruction using lesson plans from the assigned teacher.
• Develop and implement activities aligned with curriculum when plans are unavailable.
• Maintain a structured, positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Manage student behavior per SECEP policies and expectations.
• Monitor progress and report performance to supervising staff.
• Support academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of students.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure effective instruction.
• Attend grade-level meetings, PD, and training sessions as assigned.
• Keep accurate records of instruction and participation as required.
• Provide flexible coverage at two assigned schools as needed.
