Candidates must follow OSHA and Moretrench safety protocols, work under the lead operator and project leads, and hold a valid Florida driver license. The job site is remote to the crew and requires reliable transportation and flexibility for site conditions.

Qualifications

• Operate Moretrench heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA safety policies and Moretrench protocols.
• Perform daily greasing, fluid checks, and maintenance.
• Inspect equipment before use and log checks.
• Report damage or safety issues immediately to supervisor.
• Must have valid Florida driver license.

Responsibilities

• Operate more than one type of heavy equipment (roller, forklift, bulldozer, backhoe, grader, loader, end dump).
• Perform mass excavations, clearing and grubbing, backfilling and compacting; dig trenches and lay pipe.
• Construct and maintain embankments, berms, and dikes; work on slopes.
• Safely load trucks and coordinate with site team.
• Adhere to site safety protocols, and communicate issues to Foreman.
