Bring 5+ years of hands-on carpentry/remodeling experience, own tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently across multiple jobs. The role offers a steady schedule and local growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on carpentry/remodeling.
• Depth in tile/grout, light plumbing, light electrical, deck work.
• Own hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and insured vehicle.
• Able to work independently across multiple stops.
• Good communication with customers.
• No smoking, vaping, or substances on job sites.
• Clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform small to medium carpentry tasks for homes and small businesses in Des Moines metro.
• Plan work, pull material lists, and manage on-site logistics.
