ICES: Data, Discovery, Better Health in New Hampshire is seeking a skilled Carpenter/Handyman. You will perform a variety of carpentry tasks along with property maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of hands-on experience and have the ability to independently manage renovation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, residential remodeling, or general trades.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and walk property grounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing and drywall.
• Address community repairs including deck and siding maintenance.
• Handle repairs and painting for vacant units.
• Interact professionally with residents and condo owners.
