Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED, or tech program in good standing.
• Up to 3 years of general building maintenance experience; outdoor and varied shifts possible.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Calibrate instruments and tools required for job responsibilities.
• Maintain fire and safety systems within the building.
• Respond to tenant reports of maintenance issues.
• Work with facilities management and outside experts as needed.
