Quality Janitorial and Restoration Service is hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to handle janitorial and warehouse duties in a versatile role. You will report to department managers for assigned tasks and support cleaning, equipment prep, and stock organization.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, clean driving record, ability to pass a drug screen, ability to lift 60 lbs, and a team-oriented, punctual attitude. Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Report to Janitorial and/or Repairs Department managers daily for assigned tasks.
• Perform specialty cleaning jobs as part of janitorial duties.
• Fill in for janitorial personnel during absences.
• Operate forklift for warehouse tasks.
• Unload and load equipment for repairs and rentals.
• Clean equipment for repairs and rentals.
• Clean and stock shelves and organize inventory.
