Accelera in Massachusetts is seeking a hands-on 3D printer technician to support engineering and production with additive manufacturing workflows, focusing on SLS, DLP, and MJF processes. You will manage large-format printers, perform post-processing, and maintain precise process records.

The ideal candidate brings 1–2 years in manufacturing or similar settings, with CAD interpretation skills and experience with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor, or Magics. Safety and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• 1–2 years in manufacturing; 3D printing experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret CAD models and technical drawings; GD&T knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Inventor or Magics.
• Experience with quality control methodologies and instrumentation is beneficial.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Willingness to lift up to 35 lbs and wear PPE as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate large-format DLP and SLS printers; perform finishing tasks and post-processing.
• Calibrate equipment and troubleshoot printers and furnaces; liaise with vendors for repairs.
• Verify part dimensions and surface quality using calipers and 3D scanners; document findings.
• Follow production schedules to meet project deadlines and optimize throughput.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for conformance to specifications.
• Maintain records of machine performance, build parameters, and SOPs.
• Support assembly, shipping, receiving, and workflow scheduling as needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized manufacturing environment; observe safety protocols.
