Accelera Staffing seeks a safety-conscious Versa-Lift Operator to join our Sparks, Nevada team focusing on data-center equipment logistics. You will maneuver high-capacity Versa-Lifts and standard forklifts, adhere to lift plans, and coordinate with the lift director and signal person to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, load validation, and maintaining clear communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Versa-Lift or high-capacity forklift experience in construction or industrial settings.
• Understanding of load centers, center of gravity, and equipment capacity charts.
• Must pass background check for site access.

Responsabilités

• Maneuver Versa-Lifts and forklifts through confined industrial areas with precision.
• Follow lift plan and lift director instructions.
• Verify load weight, center of gravity, and equipment settings within safe limits.
• Maintain pre-shift inspections of hydraulics, tires and safety systems.
• Communicate with lift director and signal person to coordinate lifts.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed to support operations.
• Maintain a safe exclusion zone and halt operations if conditions are unsafe.
