The Sales Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service, selling products, managing daily operations, cash handling, and more. This position reports to the District Manager.

Core Duties and Responsibilities
  • Selling products and services to new and existing customers
  • Meeting sales metrics
  • Adhering to all sales processes and procedures established by region and corporate
  • Executing promotions and exceeding sales goals within the district
  • Handling customer service issues
  • Monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Maintaining store standards and appearance as per District Manager guidelines
  • Providing data and completing weekly reports as required
  • Working flexibly within the district as needed
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Working independently in a retail storefront
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the DM

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience may substitute for education
