Requirements Validation and Verification Development

Services/Deliverables:

1. Review 777-9 Flight Control requirements against new 777-8F program requirement attributes in accordance with program Development Assurance process documentation.
2. Assess the requirements against airplane and system level changes to identify whether they should be classified as changed/affected or unchanged.
3. Assess the requirements against program-level guidance to identify whether they should be classified as functional or nonfunctional.
4. Assess the requirements against the systems safety analysis and program-level guidance to identify whether they should be classified as safety applicable or nonapplicable – including a reference to the location in the safety analysis that drove the need for each safety applicable requirement.
5. Determine the verification method for any changed/affected requirements.
6. Make the necessary updates to the new attributes within DOORS and review the results with the internal technical team.

Acceptance Criteria:

A completed set of DOORS requirements that meets the program guidance and internal technical team’s approval.
